Income Shares

A lower-volatility share class in Terafab Holdings. Income Shares rank ahead of other classes for dividends when the fab is generating cash, so the return profile is steadier — and, in exchange, the upside is more modest.

What you're actually holding

Each Income Share is a fractional share in Terafab Holdings LLC that carries a preferential claim on any dividends the company declares. Until the fab is producing revenue there may be no dividends at all; once it is, Income Shares are paid first. Dividends are declared at the company's discretion and are never guaranteed.

How value is determined

Share value is marked quarterly against the same independent valuation of Terafab Holdings used for every share class. Because of the dividend preference, Income Shares are expected to move less than Growth or Founders Shares in either direction.

How you get liquidity

Income Shares don't mature. After a 30-day minimum hold you can list them on the internal secondary market, matched against other investors. Liquidity depends on buyer demand at the time and is not guaranteed.

Dividends depend on the fab generating cash, which is not expected until production ramps. Until then, returns come only from any change in share value, and share value can fall.

Funding & settlement

Purchased and redeemed entirely in BTC or USDT. Your position size is tracked in CAD-equivalent at the time of purchase; the crypto you fund with does not need to be the same asset you eventually withdraw to.
